“As a top award winning Realtor, I have a reputation for providing superior results. Trained and certified as a Negotiation Expert, let me put my experience to work for you, giving you the results you are looking for”.

Raised in the Okanagan, it was my dream as an adult to return to our beautiful valley. Having called Penticton home for over 11 years now, not a day goes by that I don’t appreciate all our community has to offer. With 2 wonderful children, Garrett and Madi and my husband John, we can often be found enjoying a weekend on the water in the summer and most often spend our winter weekends enjoying the family experience Apex offers. As an Alternate Director for the Regional District Okanagan Similkameen and Chair of the Park Commission for over 7 years, I believe strongly in giving back to my community. With a background in Marketing and Contract Negotiations, It is an honour to use my skills and passion for Real Estate to help our clients achieve their real estate goals.”

“Raised in Penticton, I got my start in the corporate world early with NIKE Canada Ltd and CIBC Mortgages in finance and sales.  A desire to start a family in my home town and an entrepreneurial spirit brought me back from Toronto and Vancouver to the Okanagan where I co-founded & managed the Naramata Heritage Inn & Spa and Discover Naramata, a destination marketing organization with Tourism BC.”

When not building value for my clients, my family and I are active in the Apex community during the winter and spend our summers tending our family vineyard and enjoying Okanagan Lake. My experience in residential & commercial construction & management coupled with years of marketing and building strong client relations in the hospitality industry has me well positioned to serve your real estate needs: buying, selling or just getting opinions.

When it comes to selling your home there is no escaping the power of first impressions.  Once you have made the decision to list your property, try to disassociate yourself from the house.  Begin staging your home by thinking about the nicest hotel room you’ve ever walked into.  What was so great about it?  When you opened the door it was likely de-cluttered, clean and smelled nice.  The decor was neutral and limited to a few key pieces.  The room was well lit and bright.  The bedding was likely “romanticized” with white duvets and properly placed pillows.  The bathroom had clean, white towels and the bath decorated with candles and soaps.  If you take the same approach with your home you will invite potential buyers to not just want to stay the night, but stay forever!
